The COCC Organizational Development Committee has undertaken a project to add faculty and staff photos to the COCC on-line Campus Directory. The Information Office has now begun adding staff ID card photos to that directory (example). The information below outlines the process for adding these photos to the directory as well as how they can be changed or removed.
Adding Staff Photos
Starting in May 2007, COCC's Information Office staff began the process of copying photos from the ID card system into the Campus Directory. Completing this process will take time so photos will slowly appear on the Web as time allows.
Whenever ID card photos are taken for new staff members, their photo will prompty be uploaded to COCC's Campus Directory.
If a staff member is found to not have their photo in our ID system, they will be contacted to schedule a time to take their photo. The current photo system goes back only about three years, so any photos taken prior to that do not exist.
Removing Your Photo From the Web
If a staff member wishes to not have their photo included in COCC's Web directory, they should email the request to Mary Ann Kane, in College Relations.
Requesting a New Photo
If a staff member is unsatisfied with his or her ID card photo, please contact COCC's Information Office to schedule a time for a new photo to be taken.
